A little information about the program creator

Leigh Brandon is a CHEK Practitioner Level 4, Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3, Metabolic Typing® Advisor, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist™  and an Active Release Technique® Therapist.

He is also the author of “The Tennis Biomechanics Manual”, “Anatomy of Sports Injuries for Fitness and Rehabilitation”, “Anatomy for Strength and Fitness Training for Speed & Sport”, “Axe Adult Acne”, “The CHEK Tennis Biomechanics Manual” and co-author of “Anatomy of Yoga for Posture and Health”.

Leigh is also a member of the C.H.E.K Institute Faculty, and developer of The CHEK Tennis Conditioing Series training programs.

Leigh has worked in health and fitness since 1996 in a range of different areas including injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning and chronic degenerative conditions.

Over the years, Leigh has helped clients overcome lumbar spine pathologies, knee and ankle sprains, neck fractures, shoulder strains and sprains, hamstring strains, arthritic conditions, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, asthma, hay fever, skin problems, infertility, menstrual problems and has helped rehabilitate and condition professional and amateur athletes including Olympic athletes, European and British champions and record holders.

Having studied and been very interested in the field of ‘client behaviour change’ since 1998, Leigh prides himself on being able to ‘coach’ his clients to take responsibility for their actions and achieve long-term success.

Outside of work, Leigh enjoys getting out on the tennis court playing in local tournaments throughout the year. His signature shot is his cross-court backhand. He is also a music lover and has also been known to cut up some Soulful House and Nu Disco on his radio show on Housed2FunkRadio as well as in hot climates at music festivals.

Samantha is a Metabolic Typing Advisor, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, personal trainer and founder of ‘H Personal Coaching’ and has worked in the health & fitness industry since 2005. Samantha has also been studying Functional Medicine since 2014.

Samantha specializes in helping women who are always tired, often stressed & fed up with the way they look. She carefully coaches her clients through the strict time restrictions & high stress levels that affect most of the western world, as well as low energy levels, emotional eating habits and lack of self belief.

Samantha is very skilled at asking the right questions at the right times to help her clients self-reflect to identify their sub-optimal life choices and empowers them by helping them to come up with the optimal solutions.

Samantha uses a compassionate and empathetic style of coaching having healed herself through her own life challenges, which has made her a truly authentic coach.

Samantha’s 3 main passions in her life are health & fitness, travel and wildlife. If you can’t find her on her yoga mat, you’ll certainly find her with a backpack traveling through an exotic location.
